Thank you for shopping with Uno Shoes. Below you’ll find all the details regarding our shipping process, timeframes, and costs.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

  • If there is any delay due to stock issues or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Please note: shipping times may vary during busy periods such as sales or holidays.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is available on all orders over [Insert Free Shipping Amount, if any — or remove this line if not applicable].

  • For orders below that amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship within Armenia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If you live outside our delivery zone and are interested in ordering, feel free to contact us to discuss potential arrangements.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package and stay updated on its delivery status.

Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

Uno Shoes is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or other external factors beyond our control.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking number and delivery status.

  2. Contact the courier directly for updates.

  3. If needed, contact us at marketing@uno.am, and we’ll assist you in locating your order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your delivery address when placing an order. Uno Shoes is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at marketing@uno.am. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we will correct it for you.
